Booking terms for our walking tours

These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and participation in walking tours operated by SASU VisitAntibes. By booking a tour, you agree to these terms.
1. Tour Operator
Tours are operated by:

2. Bookings
How to Book: Bookings are made through our online calendar system at antibeswalks.com/book/
Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us immediately.
Group Size: Maximum 6 guests per tour to ensure an intimate, personalized experience.
3. Pricing
- Standard Price: €30 per person
- Children: Free for children under 16 years old
- Early Bird Discount: 15% discount (€25.50 per person) when booking at least 1 month in advance
All prices include VAT. Payment is required at time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
By Customer:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start time: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
By Tour Operator:
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Tour Details
- Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours
- Distance: Approximately 3 kilometers, walking at a relaxed pace with frequent stops
- Languages: Tours available in English and French
- Meeting Point: Specified in your booking confirmation email
- Punctuality: Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
6. Participant Requirements
- Tours involve walking on uneven surfaces including cobblestones
- A moderate level of fitness is required
- Comfortable walking shoes are essential
- Tours proceed in most weather conditions—bring appropriate clothing
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Follow the guide’s instructions at all times
- Respect other tour participants and local residents
- Not hold the tour operator liable for personal belongings
- Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation
8. Liability
Participant Responsibility: Participants join tours at their own risk. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to person or property except where caused by our negligence.
Insurance: We recommend participants have appropriate travel and health insurance.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Photography
Photos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such photographs. Please inform the guide if you prefer not to be photographed.
10. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation of anyone whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or offensive to other participants or the guide. No refund will be provided in such cases.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
